Shopping and shipping
Our shipments will be made through the TNT or CTT carrier. During the process of purchasing a product, after you have filled your shipping details, you will be shown the shipping costs and the estimated shipping time automatically.

The expected time period can change depending on the destinantion. Orders to the Iberic Peninsula should take 2 or 3 working days. For the rest of the European countries it might take 7 working days after expedition.
– After making the payment, you should receive an email in the next few hours confirming your order, where you will find a description of the products and order number, that you can use as a reference to contact us at any time. If you do not receive any email in the 24 hours following the purchase, please contact us via email: geral@avknitting.com
Returns and Cancellation:
– It’s not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed, however try to get in touch with us as soon as possible via email geral@avknitting.com, and if your order has not been prepared we will initiate your cancellation free of charge. If this is not possible, you may later return your order within 14 days. Caso não seja possível, poderá posteriormente devolver a sua encomenda no prazo de 14 dias.
– Yes, after receiving your order, you have a period of 14 days to contact us via email geral@avknitting.com and request a refund without any additional cost except shipping costs.
You must choose a courier company and always return the parcel by registered mail within the 14-day period. Unfortunately we will not be able to cover the transportation costs.
– We will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Once the product arrives at our facility and it is checked to be in its original condition, we will process your refund.
Products:
– All the products that can be found in the online store are produced by the company Avelana, fabrica de malhas, SA, owner of the brand AV Knitting.
– You can buy fabric starting from 1 meter.
We offer free samples up to 5 different types of knits, exceeding that number the price per sample will be 30 cents for each sample you add.
Payments:
– You can pay by credit card, MB WAY, ATM or PayPal.
Certifications:
– If a product is certified, this means that it has undergone a series of tests and checks that prove that a certain product conforms to the practices of the entity it certifies.
GOTS, Fairtrade, Oeko-tex, BCI, GRS, OCS.

Discounts:
Yes, all our sustainable knitwear is 15% off its original price. We also offer a 10% discount when you subscribe to our newsletter. The discount is not applicable with other promotions.
